Effective Date: Friday, May 2nd, 2025
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Blue Moon Solutions, the developer of the Report Exporter app (“Application”). By installing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. License Grant
Blue Moon Solutions grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application solely for your own internal business purposes. You may install and use the Application on multiple devices owned or operated by you.
2. Data Access and Use
The Application connects to your QuickBooks account via Intuit’s API to retrieve transaction and report data in order to automate reporting tasks. By using the Application, you consent to this data access.
You remain responsible for your data and for ensuring your use complies with the QuickBooks Terms of Service.
3. Restrictions
You agree that you will not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the Application.
- Modify, sublicense, resell, or distribute the Application to third parties.
- Use the Application for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
4. Ownership
The Application and all intellectual property rights are and remain the property of Blue Moon Solutions. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership interest in the Application.
5. Updates and Termination
Blue Moon Solutions reserves the right to update, disable, or discontinue the Application at any time.
This Agreement may be terminated without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop all use of the Application.
6. No Warranty
The Application is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Blue Moon Solutions does not guarantee that the Application will be error-free or that data retrieved will be complete or accurate.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Moon Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application.

9. Acceptance
